Tonight was the last class of this course, where I was supposed to have a two-tier cake. Well, a doweling incident later, and we have one cake. Definitely isn’t my favorite cake, but it’s been fun learning, and it’s giving me something to do in the evenings. The bow cake was the first (and only other) fondant cake, and the roses were my last cake of Course 1.
