Ten Sage

I had a cocktail over seven years ago that I still remember today.  My favorite mixed drink I’ve ever had.  What’s random is I’m not much of a regular drinker, but it was that good.  We have to perfect the recipe…this one had too much Alize, but we bought all the ingredients right before we moved and I haven’t pulled them back out yet (well…I didn’t keep the sage ;) ).

Since most people have more bartending knowledge than I do, let me know if you have any suggestions…it should be significantly more white/clear than mine was.

I believe it contains Tanqueray No. 10, Alize, torn sage leaves, and a simple syrup and lime juice mix.

* Update: I forgot to mention I had this delicious beverage at Palomino’s Restaurant.
